General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will continue to bond over their mutual love and concern for Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). That’s something that they’re always going to have in common, so Valentin and Charlotte will remain in each other’s orbit.
GH writers have definitely been finding ways for Nina to interact with Valentin more often – and they’ve been getting a lot more touchy-feely, too.
Valentin and Nina have a connection that’s never fully gone away, so they could revisit that once both their current relationships seem beyond repair.
Now that Valentin has come clean to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about knowing Charlotte was her stalker, she’s furious with him.
Anna will always have to live with the fact that she discharged her weapon on a child – and that’s not something she thinks she can ever forgive Valentin for.
Valentin’s romance has already imploded, so we may be halfway to a hookup between Valentin and Nina! After all, Nina’s relationship is also on a bit of a countdown to destruction.
Once Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds out Nina’s behind the SEC tip, her deception is bound to cost her.
The fact that Nina caused so much drama for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be a tough pill for Sonny to swallow.
Nina couldn’t have predicted that Drew would be beaten within an inch of his life behind bars, but it still happened.
Of course, Nina’s lies may be the worst part for Sonny since this isn’t her first rodeo when it comes to deceiving him. After Nixon Falls, that’s always going to be an issue lingering in the back of Sonny’s mind.
Nina didn’t go to Sonny right away during that whole mess with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and the money she demanded for Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) doctor either.
Now Nina’s going to pile on the SEC snitch exposure – and Sonny may potentially find out she deleted the security footage of Charlotte for Valentin as well.
Nina played a role in hiding the truth from Anna, who matters a great deal to Sonny. At some point, Sonny may decide there’s just been one secret too many and cut Nina loose!
If that’s how it all goes down, Nina and Valentin may be two broken hearts looking for comfort.
Since Valentin and Nina have been growing closer, all this may be building to a passionate surrender between the two of them.
Whether that turns into a full-blown romantic reunion or not, Nina and Valentin could at least land in bed together to cope with the loss of their other relationships.
