Suki was gutted by Eve’s rejection
Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) was left gutted in recent EastEnders scenes when girlfriend Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) rejected her offer of moving into the family home.
Suki and Eve have been at odds for a number of days, following Suki’s decision to move out of the Slater house after being evicted by Stacey (Lacey Turner).
However, in recent scenes, Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) encouraged his mum to try and make things up with Eve, pointing out that she had spent too much time trying to get away from ex-husband Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) to be with her to just give up now.
He warned her to stop being stubborn and go and talk to her, before it was too late.
Suki took her son’s advice and later joined Eve in the Albert, where she explained that she had moved out in a bid to save Eve and the Slaters from Nish.
Eve made it clear that she understood, and Suki wasted no time in telling her how much she had missed her.
She went on to admit that she didn’t miss Eve stealing the duvet, but when Eve pointed out that she didn’t have to worry about that anymore, Suki invited Eve to come and steal her new duvet.
Eve asked if she wanted her to stay for the night, but when Suki revealed that she could stay forever, Eve seemed taken aback.
Suki eagerly clarified that she was asking her to move in with her family, but was left gutted when Eve asked to talk about it later.
