EastEnders could be set for a big return from a very familiar face amid a new twist in The Six’s storyline.
Last night, viewers watched on as the cracks in the floor of the café finally exposed Keanu Taylor’s body. He had been buried there by The Six after they killed him at Christmas when he attacked Sharon Watts on their wedding day.
They decided to hide the body to keep Linda Carter out of prison, but could the truth be set to come out in a matter of hours and days after it was revealed that the floor had cracked and the body was there just waiting to be discovered.
Spoilers have confirmed that Bernie Taylor heads to Spain to tell her mum about Keanu’s body being found but could that lead to a big return for actress Lorraine Stanley? Surely, Karen would want to come back to make sure her family get the truth about what happened to Keanu after the women lied and said he had run away after the events of Christmas Day?

Lorraine Stanley departed the BBC soap last year in surprise scenes, when she claimed she was solely to blame for Albie’s fake kidnap. However, she returned a few weeks later when news broke of Keanu going missing and she demanded the truth.
After her exit, she admitted she was struggling to find new jobs. She wrote at the time: “Self tape setup in the loft, I’m so not technical but I’m proud I’ve managed to set it up all by myself, with advice on equipment by @_zack_morris. Just finished one and its hard work. I’ll get there, it’s a struggle watching yourself back & not being highly critical on yourself… just let it go & send it.”
At the time of her departure, she took to social media to pay tribute to the show and her friends and fans.
“Hey everyone! I’m so grateful for all of your lovely messages this past week. Thank you to Daran Little for creating the Taylors and to the BBC for giving me the opportunity to play such a fabulous character, I’ll be sad to be saying goodbye to Karen Taylor and will miss all the cast and crew at EastEnders,” she wrote, “However I’m looking forward to my next chapter and excited about being a jobbing Actor again & starting new ventures. Again your kind words of support have been amazing!!! I’m going to miss my Taylor/Baker famalam Clair Norris, Danny Walters, Roger Griffiths and Matthew Morrison. Much love.”
