REVENGE |Bloodthirsty EastEnders fans as they demand evil character is ‘killed off immediately’
EASTENDERS fans have demanded that the soap kill off one of their most vile characters ever in the aftermath of a horrific sex attack plot.
Viewers of the BBC soap have been left squirming every time the evil Pastor Gideon Clayton has appeared on screen after he was confirmed to be a prolific sexual assault offender.
EastEnders fans were left distraught when the Pastor took advantage of Yolande Trueman during her charity fundraiser.
Locking them away in a room, the Pastor inappropriately touched Yolande leaving her in utter shock.
The scenes made for uncomfortable viewing for fans who were left saddened at what he put Yolande through.
It has sparked discourse among the Walford fanbase that the only way out for the Pastor is death.
They have called upon the show’s chiefs to kill the character off as part of a bloodthirsty move.
One fan penned on X – formerly Twitter: “The pastor must die #EastEnders.”
Another added: “Pastor Clayton should’ve been the one to die at some point.”
A third went on to say: “I need the pastor to die tomorrow!”
As a fourth fan wrote: “I need the pastor to DIE immediately!!!! I feel sick.”
He sexually assaulted her, leaving her sobbing on the floor.
She pulled herself together just in time for Denise walking in asking for more drinks for the guests.
Clayton followed her in and then acted as if nothing had happened, ushering Yolande out into the crowd to host once more.
Speaking to the crowd Yolande could barely get a “thank you everyone” out before tears streamed down her face silently.
As the Pastor began the raffle, Yolande dragged herself outside home, breaking down silently as she saw Patrick dancing in the kitchen cleaning it up.
Back outside she struggled to stop herself from breaking down and rushed into the launderette.
As Elaine saw her rushing inside, she joined her where Yolande opened up on the assualt.
She said: “The Pastor… I don’t know what to say… Not me… He grabbed me so tight and he put his hand where he had no right to put it.
“He put his hand down there and wouldn’t stop.”
“That’s sexual assault,” said Elaine and then the soap played scenes across the years of Pastor Clayton sexually assaulting other women over the years.
