It looks like the makers of General Hospital are starting to put a lot of focus on bringing in a new generation on the soap. Not that we are complaining, but fans have often pointed out that the makers keep running in circles with the same characters doing the same things. So, bringing in a new set of characters, aged up to be teens, will bring a fresh breath of air to the long-running soap. We are already enjoying the on-going story of SORAS-ed Charlotte spilling havoc in Anna’s life!
General Hospital has also re-introduced the much loved Hudson West as an older Jake. Now, the pool of teens is getting a tad bit bigger with first time actor Asher Antonyzyn debuting on the soap. According to latest spoilers, Asher will be portraying the role of Danny Morgan. Previously, the role was played by child actor Zakary Risinger, and was last seen on-screen in December 2021. For the unversed, Danny happens to be the son of former supercouple Jason Morgan and Sam McCall.
The latest General Hospital spoilers reveal that Danny’s first air-date will be October 30, 2023. He will be re-introduced in the story as Aiden’s friend. Again, for the unversed, Aiden is Liz Webber and Lucky Spencer. Which also makes him Jake’s younger half-brother. We feel bringing Danny and Aiden back in the fold will add some new flavors to the ABC soap. Although, we wonder how Charlotte and Aiden will react to each other when they cross paths. Which surely they will, considering Jake and Charlotte have struck a friendship.
Currently, on General Hospital, Charlotte is really exhibiting quite a mean streak. Previously, too, she had bullied Aiden when they were younger. Could that dynamic continue when they meet again in their teen years? Or will something change between them. Jake and Charlotte certainly haven’t mentioned it. Nor do either of them seem affected by it. We can’t wait to find out how Danny and Aiden fit into Charlotte and Jake’s on going story. Do you have any ideas? Please share with us in the comments.
