Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are set for a titanic fight, as revealed by General Hospital spoilers.
These two women cannot go back since Carly will soon learn that Nina turned herself and Drew in to the SEC. However, it appears from spoilers that Nina will attempt to patch things up first.
By all means, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is not done using blackmail on Nina, and one of his conditions for remaining silent is that Nina give back Carly’s portion of the hotel.
Nina Will Attempt to Make Peace with Carly
With this gesture, Nina hopes to “make peace” with Carly. Reluctantly, Carly consents, but only for the benefit of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
Carly want Sonny’s happiness. For now, the ex-couples have moved on from their past. Carly is with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), while Sonny is with Nina. Both of them are content with their partners.
Carly and Nina’s relationship will warm up, and they’ll learn to get along so that the family doesn’t become split up or take sides. That will all change, though, when Carly learns what Nina did.
The adorable little truce these two women will make will prove fruitless, and the best part is still yet to come.
If you’re a long-time soap fan, you may remember Laura Wright and Cynthia Watros fighting on “Guiding Light,” Wright played Cassie Winslow, and Watros played Annie Dutton. These two actresses are more than comfortable giving their audience an explosive showdown to enjoy.
And what a dazzling showdown it promises to be. Once Carly discovers that Nina is the rat, she will confront Nina faster than a New York minute. Carly won’t hesitate to take the fight to a physical level. You don’t mess with Carly Spencer or the people she loves and get away with it!
The Gloves Will Come Off
Nina will try to make excuses for herself and bring up how Carly kept the truth about her daughters, Willow and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), from her and how she could have saved Nelle, but we have heard it all before.
Soon, the gloves will come off, and Carly will go after Nina and destroy her life. What Nina did is unforgivable because Drew almost died while in the slammer at the hands of a couple of Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) thugs.
Carly is not just going to look the other way this time. You will see these two ladies in a catfight, and Carly will be the one to give the first slap.
You might believe that you have seen Carly upset, but she will lose it when she finds out that Nina has been lying to her and Drew. We can only hope that the wait will have been worthwhile because this is one secret that has been kept far too long.
It’s clear that Carly and Nina have a fierce rivalry, and because Nina has gone too far, it will probably never end.
Carly is going to sabotage Nina’s recently formed bond with Willow and her grandchildren. She’ll also see to it that Nina permanently loses Sonny.
