She told the publication that fans seemed to think she lacked the confidence to move on. She insists that was not the case. In fact, she believes that trust is what has kept her in her marriage for so long.
Meri would like to rephrase the thought. She insists she has more trust than most people think, and her moral compass told her to let the marriage unfold as it did. Meri told the publication that despite how long she stayed, she is “at peace” with how things went and when she decided it was time to move away from Kody Brown. She doesn’t seem to have any regrets and moves forward, knowing that she did everything she could to make things work.
