General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha & Cody Fall Into Maxie’s First Date Trap – Surrender to Temptation?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) may remain determined to play matchmaker. Anyone can see the sparks that have been flying between Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), so Maxie’s hoping that they’ll both get out of their own way and let a romance happen.

Sasha and Cody admitted their feelings for each other, but the timing isn’t right according to Sasha.

Since Sasha never took the time to fully process her grief, she feels like she needs to take that time now and truly mourn Liam Corbin as well as Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor).

Cody is willing to wait as long as it takes for Sasha to be ready for a future together.

Even if that day never comes, Cody suggested he was fine with that and just appreciates the hope Sasha’s brought to his life.

However, Maxie may get updates on Sasha pumping the brakes and decide Sasha’s actually just scared of getting hurt.

Maybe Maxie will feel like Sasha simply needs a little nudge to surrender to what she’s feeling for Cody and ultimately take a big step forward with him.

During the week of November 20-24, Cody and Sasha will struggle with some awkwardness since someone will ask whether they’re a couple.

Dating questions will get tossed around, so that could leave Sasha and Cody both wondering what it would be like to indeed date.

Maxie might determine that there’s no need to wonder when Cody and Sasha are both so into each other.

Since Maxie hinted about the big plans Deception had in store for Sasha and Cody, she may create a bit of a passion trap.

Cody intends to give Sasha some professional space, but that plan may go right out the window thanks to some of Maxie’s upcoming moves.

In addition to Maxie pushing Cody and Sasha to work together again, she may create a personal situation, too.

It’d be easy for Maxie to play Cupid and trick the pair into going on their first real date, so maybe that could lead to Sasha and Cody surrendering to temptation.
