Fans Think Janelle Made Kody Hate Meri
Some fans on Reddit discussed the possibility that Janelle painted Meri badly, leading to Kody’s unwillingness to work on their marriage. According to the poster, they believe that the mother of six influenced her husband even before Robyn.
Janelle’s animosity toward Meri is very well-documented on the show. Her strained relationship with Meri and close bond with Kody raises a lot of questions for me in regards to his treatment of Meri.
The poster also mentioned some instances where Janelle Brown gets rude to her former sister wife. During her interview in New York, she seemingly mocked Meri by suggesting giving a piece of her ring to some of the older kids. “For years, Janelle has publicly told the entire world that Meri is an abusive person,” the Reddit user added. They also pointed out how she has consistently undermined Meri’s position within the family.

Meri also showed her frustration in the upcoming episode of Tell-All. During the preview clip, the Sister Wives star said, “I am extremely frustrated right now. Beyond,” following Christine’s revelation of Kody melting their wedding ring. According to the 52-year-old, it was a story she had never shared publicly. Though she was supposed to tell it to the world at some point. Christine said the melting was very sad yet Janelle had a different view on why that ring was melted down.
“And somebody else took it upon themselves to tell that story. And now I’m being forced to talk about it. I’m not happy about it,” she added. It seems that Christine and Meri Brown have some issues to settle, which may explain why they lack interaction on social media.
