Emotions are running high these days on General Hospital with the news of Bobbie’s passing. Carly of course has been the worst hit by the news. And it did not help one bit that right after that she had to deal with the truth about the SEC leak. However, soon enough, she is about to get a huge distraction from the Port Charles chaos. Something that will also make her feel more connected to her mother. It will all begin with a stranger arriving at Bobbie’s funeral. But who is it really?
Honestly, if the General Hospital spoilers did not explicitly mention the word “stranger”. We would have really hoped for it to be Bobbie’s brother – Luke Spencer. But then we know that is not really the case. It can’t be with Anthony Geary retiring back in 2015. And of course, with him matter of factly stating time and again that he won’t be returning. So at this point, this stranger has to be someone new. Someone neither the fans nor the characters have met before.
A New Mystery Regarding Bobbie On General Hospital
The General Hospital spoilers stress that this mystery person will make a big impact in the upcoming story. We know that Carly and Felecia fly off to Amsterdam to settle some of Bonnie’s unfinished business. This happens right after Carly’s interactions with the stranger at the funeral. So, there is no doubt that the two stories are connected. Could it be possible that this person is a long lost relative of Carly and Bobbie? Maybe a mystery son of Bobbie. We know she has always been a pot stirring vixen, besides the soap universe loves springing surprise off-springs!
While we are on the matter of surprise long-lost children, there is also a possibility that Bobbie stumbled upon one of Luke’s on General Hospital! That would certainly add an additional layer of suspense and drama to the story. But whatever it is, it roots back to Amsterdam. The show’s headwriters Chris Van Etten and Dan O’Connor teased that this person will raise several questions. Especially “about Bobbie’s past and present and Port Charles’s future.”
