Most of the audience for this reality show offers cheers for the bride and groom. But some naysayers emerge, offering a few points to ponder.

Christine Brown frequently compares David Woolley to Kody Brown since revealing David as her soulmate to the world. Still, David always comes out on top in these comparisons.
But some Sister Wives fans wonder how David feels about bringing Kody into their conversations as much as they do. If it irritates him, he sure doesn’t show it.
Some suggestions surfaced online that Christine’s constant comments about her ex are nothing but jabs at Kody. During Christine’s wedding special, Sister Wives fans saw an extremely animated Christine Brown.
Christine said she was thrilled to be marrying David, which could account for this extremely elated behavior. But some fans suggest that she tried too hard to demonstrate her happiness. So, they wondered if she had revenge on her ex-husband in mind while doing this.
Tug of War – Winner of Janelle Brown?

Kody mentioned several times in this Sister Wives season how Christine got Janelle on her side. So some comments suggested that Christine’s elation over Janelle Brown remaining as part of her family might also work as a jab at her ex-husband. Especially since her ex seems to think he lost Janelle to Christine.
Some Sister Wives fans saw another scene differently as well. They suggested that Christine fanned the flames of her ex-husband’s fire in one of the most talked about clips online from this wedding.
That is the scene where the bride gives the groom a lap dance. For years, Christine Brown complained about the lack of affection from Kody when anyone else was around. Especially the cameras.
So, some people saw this lap dance as a jabbing ode to the Sister Wives patriarch from his ex-wife. A few folks also suggested that the bride showed Kody just how desirable she is, despite him not recognizing this when they were married. So, the theory suggests that she did this dance for everyone to see for that reason.
Janelle seemed to find some therapeutic qualities in the amount of affection demonstrated between the bride and groom. Plus, many of the fans were thrilled to see the level of affection and thought it had nothing to do with payback to Kody.

Janelle Brown suggested something on camera that some viewers seemed to think backed up some of the comments from fans. So, Janelle said, “The fact that they are openly affectionate soothes that wound that Kody inflicted.”
This seems to refer to Christine’s ex-husband saying he wasn’t intimately attracted to her anymore. So, what Janelle Brown said appeared to fuel those few fans who thought Christine might have another agenda for this scene. They suggested that she might be throwing little jabs her ex-hubby’s way.
Another train of thought online is how one marriage already failed for Christine Brown. A lot of that likely had to do with making their private lives a public venue. So fans across social media ask why she would throw David Woolley to the wolves right away.

But, so far, David seems to get a thumbs up from all corners of the Sister Wives fans. He even offered a little showmanship with his fake stumble up the stairs at the wedding rehearsal. So, it looks like he’s embracing all aspects of life with Christine Brown today. Even when it comes to her TLC series.
