General Hospital spoilers leak Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is slowly turning into a different person right in front of everyone’s eyes. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) can barely stand to face the music — she’s losing the guy she fell in love with.
The good pieces of him that made her feel safe, unconditionally loved, and secure are melting away in favor of revenge and spite. Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) wasn’t able to succeed in encouraging Drew to lay down his arms.
Carly has had to push back on Drew’s attempts to pull her into his web of games with Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros). He even tried to get Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) over a barrel and in on it. While it seems like they’re all going to struggle to set him straight, someone else could come into the picture and change everything.

When Carly and Drew realized what Nina was up to by trying to push them out of the Crimson office just a day before Carly’s first major deadline, Carly was more panicked than anything.
She was certain she wouldn’t let Nina get her goat, but she was still more focused on making sure she met that deadline and impressed her advertisers and readers with the first issue she took the lead on since Nina’s exit.
When Carly approached Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) about legal measures she could take against Nina, it was Drew’s feelings that colored the moment and left all of them at a loss for words. As he stormed out in need of a time-out, he left Carly holding the bag.
GH Spoilers – Spill Carly Spencer Forges Ahead
Carly didn’t have time to focus on her frustration with Drew when he stormed out of the Metro Court. She had bigger fish to fry. As she careens toward her first issue as Editor-in-Chief of Crimson Magazine, she might feel that Drew’s absence — or rather, his vacant state of mind.
At a time when it feels like he should be in her corner and rallying around her, it’s going to feel like Drew’s attention is buried in getting back at Nina more so than it is getting their version of Crimson off the ground.
For a guy who wanted nothing more than to grow this baby from the ground up with the woman he loves, he seems far more interested in playing games instead.
With Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) return just around the corner, fans are wondering whether there may be any plans for him and Carly to collide all over again.
It looks like Jason will be far more preoccupied with fixing Drew as a means of fixing Carly’s failing relationship than he will be stealing her away from it.
Leave it to Jason to put his own feelings aside to make Carly happy. But is Drew ultimately who is going to keep her that way?
