In the wake of Sister Wives star Robert “Garrison” Brown’s death at age 25, fans of the TLC reality series have honored Janelle Brown and Kody Brown’s son in a touching way.
On Tuesday, March 12—just one week after Garrison’s passing from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound—Janelle took to Instagram to share words of deep gratitude.
“I have been brought to tears again. I’m being told about everyone’s donations to @highcountryhumane @arkcatsanctuary in Garrison’s name,” she wrote. “Thank you all for your generosity. It means so much. The cats he adopted from both agencies were so important to him. He loved being a cat dad.”
Janelle also posted a carousel of photos featuring her son and his feline pets. She also included screenshots from High Country Humane and The Ark Cat Sanctuary’s websites.
In the comments, Instagram users shared words of support for the bereaved mom, with one person writing, “Janelle I hope that you can feel how much love so many people have for you, myself included. Praying every day for you.”
