CONCERNED MOM: Janelle Brown of Sister Wives vows to ‘focus and check on the kids’ after the sudden departure of her son Garrison leaves the star ‘heartbroken’.

SISTER Wives star Janelle Brown has made a vow to herself to focus on her children more following her son’s death, a source has claimed exclusively to Starnews99.

Garrison Brown, the son of Kody and Janelle, tragically took his own life at 25 years old at his home in Flagstaff, Arizona, last month.

While the Medical Examiner’s Office has yet to complete the full investigation, it was reported that the National Guard vet previously struggled with depression and had an alcohol addiction, according to the police report obtained by  Starnews99 .

Janelle, 54, confessed to cops that she “should have gotten Garrison help in the past.”

As the Sister Wives star continues to grieve the loss of her son, a source is sharing insight on how she is doing and how she plans on moving forward.

“Janelle’s heartbroken. She’s completely destroyed,” a source close to the family revealed to Starnews99.

“She is grieving and mourning his loss privately without sharing her struggles so much with her fans.”

“Janelle doesn’t have a big community of people in her world unless she’s with her family, so it is good that her fans are really supportive.

“People are worried about her. She’s not herself and obviously, it will take some time to process and heal,” the source continued.

Apart from Garrison, Janelle is close to her other children, whom she shares with ex Kody: Logan, 29; Maddie, 28; Hunter, 27; Gabe, 22; and Savanah, 19.

PLAN IN PLACE

Janelle has remained active on social media following the death of her son. On March 30, she posted a tribute to Garrison following a memorial service that was held in Las Vegas.

“It’s been hard to get my brain to work properly again. I am so grateful for the out pouring of love and support I’ve received these last three weeks,” she captioned her post.

A source told The U.S. Sun that she is now vowing to focus on her kids amid the “bulls**t” she’s had to deal with ever since separating from Kody in December 2022.

“I know she’s going to spend her life focusing on her kids,” a source said.

“There will be no more bulls**t. Wherever her kids go is where Janelle will go – she’s already made it clear.”

“She’s spending more time on checking in with each kid as much as possible physically,” the source continued.

Janelle recently spent Easter with her daughter Maddie and her family in North Carolina followed by a trip to Arkansas with her son Logan and his wife Michelle to see the solar eclipse.

KODY’S PAIN

When asked if Janelle’s relationship with Kody will change following their heartbreaking loss, a source told The U.S. Sun that the patriarch is “not even thinking about chances of reconciliation.”

“He sort of put up this wall and is internalizing his feelings. He’s focused more on himself and moving on,” the source shared.

Kody is reportedly in a “very dark place right now” and is “really depressed.”

It was made clear when he acted “standoffish” at Garrison’s memorial.

“He was more resistant in mingling,” a source claimed to The U.S. Sun.

Robyn, his last-standing wife, had to encourage him to sit close to Janelle, the source claimed.

‘DEEPLY SADDENED’

As Sister Wives fans are aware, Kody and Garrison had a tumultuous relationship for years and were estranged prior to his death.

Kody broke his silence on Instagram the day the shocking news broke.

“Janelle and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” Kody captioned two photos of Garrison.

“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. Our loss will leave such a big hole in our lives, that it takes our breath away.”

Janelle shared the same photos and message on her account.

The entire family is “extremely broken and tortured,” a source said, while adding, “It’s very painful for many of them.”
