TLC Fans Think Kody Brown & Robyn Have Problems
Rumors that Robyn Brown and her husband have problems started floating around social media in July this year. It was all started when the patriarch of the family went on Cameo and strongly hinted at a rocky road. At the time, he sang a ditty about a “man of wives with no wives.” As he didn’t seem to be at home, some people speculated that they split.
In the same month, a source claimed that Kody Brown got in Robyn’s face for not helping to hold the family together. Apparently, she isn’t taking any nonsense from him. Furthermore, a divorce could happen unless he pulls his socks up. So, there’s the second rumor of trouble between the last remaining wedded OGs of the show.

Sister Wives Robyn Purpetuated The Rumors
In August, TLC star Robyn Brown spoke with People Magazine, and claimed that she loved her husband, but she also went through a torrid time because he got his knickers in a knot. So, she discovered that life with someone going through a divorce is no bed of roses. Once again, a hint of trouble came from one member of the duo.
In Season 18, there have been a few signs of tension. However, Sister Wives fans on Reddit believe that Kody Brown and his wife are faking it. The OP wrote:
Faking discord. Do you get the sense that any reference to K+R’s marital troubles is just a pathetic attempt to extend their storyline?
saying Kody picks fights with her and then Kody (presumably) saying it’s because he wants to punish himself sounds so contrived and deliberately light on requiring accountability. Reminds me of how he did Cameos telling random people he was in the dog house with Robyn.
Feels like they’re just trying to ensure that any extension of the show includes them moving forward (past the next season in which we know they’ll still be involved).
Most people agree that they probably fake discord to keep the show going. Mind you, a few people disagree because he seems to have become an unpleasant person.
- Of course he is desperate to extend the show but anything involving him and Robyn is totally uninteresting. Once the drama of the 3 wives leaving plays out the show will be cancelled.
- These two would do anything to stay relevant. That first day of school scene was painful.
- The discord, like everything else that K&R purport to do/say/feel, is fictional.
- …Genuinely think Robyn is laying the groundwork to say he was unstable in case she wants to leave when the money fully dries up or he becomes dangerous.
